A family-owned septic, grading, and MX track building company based in Gainesville, GA — built on 35+ years of hard work, loyal people, and doing the job right the first time.
ALLCON is the work of Ralph Hilliard III, who has spent his entire career in the dirt — starting out installing septic tanks right alongside his dad before building his own company from the ground up. Today, ALLCON is one of the most trusted names in septic and grading in North Georgia, with 239+ five-star Google reviews to show for it.
This has always been a family operation. Ralph's father — known to everyone as "Papa" — put a shovel in his hands and taught him the trade and the work ethic behind it, and he's still out on jobs with the crew today. Ralph even met his wife Karen through the septic business. When we say family business, we mean it literally.

Three Trades. One Standard.
Septic: New system installations, drain field replacements, repairs, inspections, and grease traps — residential and commercial, engineered for North Georgia's clay, rock, and mountain terrain.
Grading & Land Clearing: Building pads, driveways, land clearing, drain systems, and stormwater retention. If it involves moving dirt, our equipment and our crew handle it start to finish.
MX Track Building: The fun one. From backyard practice tracks to full competition layouts, we design and build motocross and ATV tracks across the Southeast — shaped by people who understand both dirt work and riding.
Every one of those jobs gets the same standard: show up, do it right, and leave the property better than we found it.

Owner & founder. Learned the trade installing septic tanks with his dad and built ALLCON into what it is today. Still answers the phone himself.
Ralph Hilliard Jr. — "Papa"
The legend who taught Ralph the trade. He's done it all — septic, grading, and everything in between — and he's still doing it.
Gerardo Miranda
23 years with ALLCON and the lead dog on the team. Started at the bottom and worked his way up — the crew runs through Gerardo.
Jared Miranda
Four years on the team and one of our go-to equipment operators. If a machine is moving on your job site, there's a good chance Jared's running it.
Chance Segars
The newest member of the crew, learning the trade the same way everyone here did — on the job, from the guys who know it best.
